My BABY Jacob is 2 Years Old!! Yo Soy Muy Triste.
Well, I suppose since Jake's birthday was in September I should post some pics of him through the years...maybe because I'm feeling old and can't believe he's growing up so fast and also because he's just so dang cute.

I can't believe he is 2 already. I remember when you found out you were pregnant with Jacob. I still want to know where the time is going. Breukelen will be 1 on the 12th and Te'a is going to be 10 next week. How can we make it slow down?
