Yep, I married a tough hunter man. Jesse killed his deer this year and brought home a ton of meat and a deer head that's still in my garage waiting to be taken to the taxidermist. The meat is great! I was a little scared about it at first but it's really not too bad. I love the feeling that we are one small step closer to becoming Self-Sufficient! Go Hunter Man!!

I so agree with you wanting to be able to be self suficient!!! Way to go Jesse! Im still a little creeped out by animal heads in houses, so when we come to stay, make sure its not hanging over my bed!
